We are a husband and wife photography and filmmaking team. What started out as a side hustle to our bartending jobs back in 2008, quickly turned into our full time business.
In 2020, the devastating impact of the pandemic forced us to re-think a lot of things.
We made the decision to leave our thriving 6-figure + photography business in California and relocate to the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois to be closer to family.
We packed our bags and said goodbye to our awesome clientele list, and moved to a city where no one knew who we were.
Luckily, because of our success in California over the past decade + as photographers, we were able to save enough money to make such a huge move.
I’m not going to lie, it was tough! No one knew us in Illinois. We had to start advertising campaigns all over again and build our network out from the ground-up.
But, we did it!
It took us about a year, but we built back our thriving 6-figure + photography business. With the money we were earning, we were able to buy a wonderful home for our family and now our business completely supports us. We are living our dream life!
Choosing this path as a photography artist is not always a straight shot. There are lots of ups and downs and hard work that go into what we do.
